What Is The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster?

The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster is a pistol styled Nerf Gun that comes with a spinning foam saw blade to slice away at Zombies in close situations, or what ever enemy you come across. Whether you have a Zombie Problem or a pesky kid problem, make sure they know about the spinning saw blade! Should keep their curiosity down…

When you are in the middle of a Zombie hoard that is just too big to take them all out with an individual headshots, you take the saw blade trigger and rev it up to get your saw blade spinning fast. Anything that comes too close is going to get sliced to pieces! Don’t let anything get too close, but when you do… Just slice them up!

How To Use:

Nerf Gun Firing:

  1. Insert 2 Nerf Darts Into The Front Two Barrels
  2. Pull Back The Rear Action To Prime
  3. Aim At Your Target
  4. Pull The Trigger To Fire
  5. Repeat 2-4 Until Reload Required

Saw Blade Spinning:

  1. Pull Bottom Trigger Over And Over
  2. When At Peak Spin, Slice And Dice

Pros Vs Cons

ProsAndConsOnANerfGun

Pros:

  • 2 in 1 Saw/Blaster
  • Easy To Load
  • Easy To Fire
  • Awesome Design

Cons:

  • Only Holds 2 Darts At A Time
  • Reload Time

The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster is a stand out Nerf Gun on its own, just looking at it, you see it can Hold two Nerf Darts and it also has a sawblade attached to it. That is just cool! Don’t let anything get too close to you, unless you want something close to you… But if you don’t, just slice it up with your spinning sawblade!

When you load your 2 Nerf Darts into the front of The Crosscut, pretty easy to load, all you have to do is pull back on the rear priming lever then squeeze the trigger to fire 1 Nerf Dart flying at a Zombie head, or any other target you decide to eliminate!

However, The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster can only hold and fire two Nerf Darts at a time, one after another then requires a reload, this makes it a bit slower but that will really depends whether you are using this to pick off Zombies, or in action during a Nerf War.

There is an upgrade of Nerf Darts to make Zombie headshots that much easier… Nerf AccuStrike Darts fire straight and accurate due to their spinning tip design that spins through the air making more accurate headshots.

Who Is The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster For?

Nerf Guns are rated ages 8+, however if you can safely teach your younger kids to shoot accurately, I think they can benefit from the fun too. Nerf Gun Fun For All! Parents, its your job to make sure your younger ones can fire safely and accurately.

The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster is going to make a great present for anyone who has never owned anything Nerf. I love to recommend Pistol styled Nerf Guns to grandparents because they are small but they are just enough to defend themselves and have fun with the whole family.

For the Nerf War competitor, I wouldn’t really add The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster to your secondary collection, unless you like a large collection. A large Nerf arsenal is always recommended! A primary Nerf Gun should always have a great secondary, with lots of ammo!

When you are trying to eliminate Zombies with headshots, don’t worry about running out of ammo too much, you still have a spinning saw blade to get you out of tight situations!

Is The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster Worth The Price?

My Number One Question When I Buy Anything Is…

The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster comes with only four Nerf Darts, but you can easily add another package of Nerf Zombie Strike Darts or upgrade to Nerf AccuStrike and add those to your purchase. I really like the design of the whole Nerf Zombie Strike Series but the Crosscut gives you a cool saw blade, if it was not for the spinning foam saw blade, I wouldn’t really like it as much.

The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster is a smaller Nerf Gun and you basically pay for the size, the smaller the cheaper. But the cheaper does not mean less firepower!

Do I think The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster is worth the price? Yes.

My Final Opinion Of The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster

The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster is really cool looking, I mean it has a saw blade! What Zombie hunter doesn’t want a saw blade on their weapon? There are two Nerf Guns with Saw Blades in The Nerf Zombie Strike Series, The Crosscut and The Brainsaw, The Crosscut being the pistol styled version and the Brainsaw, the rifle styled Nerf Gun.

Without the sawblade, The Crosscut is more like The Nerf DoubleStrike still a great Nerf Gun but with the DoubleStrike, you get a much more small and compact Nerf Gun.

The fact that it only holds two darts at a time, brings down my rating just a bit. But for the firepower, the cool design, and the fact it comes with a spinning sawblade, there will be no Zombie that will stand up to you. The sawblade works well on younger siblings too, keeps them away, very well!

My final opinion of The Nerf Zombie Strike Crosscut Blaster is this pistol styled Nerf Gun gives you two Nerf Darts to fire at your undead target, or really any target you choose, if you happen to miss and your target starts to charge you, start spinning your foam saw blade to make sure they don’t do any damage to you, and all is done to them! Refuse To Lose And Get An Edge On Your Enemy!
