When you are preparing for an all out Office Nerf War, there are a few things you must first know!
Question #1 – Who Is The Enemy?
If you have no idea who the enemy is, how in the world are you supposed to get an edge on them? You need to know exactly who you can trust and who you need to eliminate first. Within this question there is a sub question: What is the overall goal? If last Nerf Warrior standing is the way of the game, you cannot trust anyone, I repeat, you cannot trust anyone. If you are part of a team, you need to know who is a good shot and who is not, one that is established, only trust your teammates with the best aim!
Question #2 – What Is Your Location?
There are all kinds of offices throughout our giant world of our, offices on top of offices, offices next to offices, offices separated by glass, offices separated by dividers, open offices, cubical offices, home offices, no matter where your office, you need to know where you are and what is your surroundings. Are there any open cubical? Those are going to be on everyone’s mind that is also around that cubical, or are you the only one around it? If you can successfully answer question #1, then you should already know your enemy and be working to get your edge on them, location is huge when it comes to getting an edge!
Question #3 – What Is Your Style?
This final question may have to change based on your first answers, different offices will give you different edges, but all in all, What is your style?!
In Nerf Warfare, you need to know how to shoot a Nerf Gun and how to shoot a Nerf Gun accurately, well… There are options that require no accuracy, just point and fire until the whole area is blown away… But when you want to be a Nerf BadA** you need to know how to shoot accurately and land the shots that no one else can.
There are Nerf Guns for Close Combat, Mid Range, And Long Range. If you are in a small area, you may want a close combat Nerf Gun like a Nerf pistol or Shotgun, when you want to go Mid Range, there are a bunch more options that I will go over with you. Finally, this may be hard based on your office area, there are sniper Nerf Guns that you can combine with Nerf AccuStrike Darts that spin as they fly through the air, making for much more accurate Sniper Shots, but as I said, to fire a sniper, you need to set up, and be ready to take a shot…
When you can successfully answer questions numbers 1 and 2, you can adapt to question number 3. When you are ready to answer question number 3, you need to have your options.

When you are in a close call office space, maybe with cubical, maybe just really close to someone else, you are going to want to choose a pistol Styled Nerf Gun, if you choose a Nerf Gun with less ammo, you have the choice to dual wield and hold one in each hand, or be really good at dodging Nerf Darts.

Maggot, When you have the surrounding enemy. You take The Nerf Modulus BarrelStrike and take out the enemy, pull down on the bottom lever and squeeze the trigger, take out 4 targets quickly! Then Move!
Nerf AccuStrike FalconFire

Ammo Capacity: 1 Nerf Dart
This is going to be for the more experienced Nerf Shooters out there, the office calls for accuracy and that is what you will get with the Nerf AccuStrike FalconFire. You take one Nerf AccuStrike Dart, insert it, prime, and fire, the more cover you have the better, you only have 1 Nerf Dart at a time before reload, Make Each Shots Count Maggot!
Nerf Doomlands Impact Zone Longarm
My Overall Rating: 84 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 5 Nerf Darts
When you are near a group that may be hunting you in the office, during Nerf Office Warfare, anything can happen, The simple draw back of the top lever and pull of the trigger is all it takes to fire 1 Nerf Dart, do it over and over 5 times, take out the whole group, if there are 5 of them, you better not miss…
Nerf Modulus Recon MKII
My Overall Rating: 84 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 6 Nerf Darts
The Nerf Modulus Recon MKII is going to be a good option to take out a group and still have a Nerf Dart left over. The awesome part about This Nerf Gun is you can upgrade the magazine to make sure you take out every target! Nerf Office Warfare calls for the best upgrades possible!
Nerf Doomlands 2169 Negotiator
My Overall Rating: 88 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 8 Nerf Darts
Don’t think you can hit your target, take 8 Nerf Darts, load them into The Nerf Negotiator, and with the simple draw back of the hammer, and squeeze of the trigger, fire until you hit something! This is one of those options where you can Dual wield for much more firepower and ammo, no need for accuracy!
Nerf N-Strike Elite Stryfe
My Overall Rating: 88 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 6 Nerf Darts
Fully Automatic and ready to destroy everything in sight. If you targets are nearby, they may hear your motor warm up, but as soon as they do, pop them! You get 6 Nerf Darts to fire with the power of the motor and pull of the trigger. The Stryfe is small and will make your office War a little easier.
Nerf N-Strike Elite Disruptor
My Overall Rating: 90 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 6 Nerf Darts
This is The Upgraded Strongarm, With The Disruptor you get 6 Nerf Darts to fire with the simple drawback of the top lever and pull of the trigger. This is a Nerf Gun that says, I’m here to compete but I could still get a better Nerf Gun.
Nerf N-Strike Elite Mega Magnus
My Overall Rating: 90 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 3 Nerf Mega Darts
Not only do you eliminate your targets when you hit them with The Nerf Mega Magnus, you Destroy them! The Nerf Mega Magnus is the Nerf Gun you take into Office Warfare when you want to be the one to be remembered. Trust me, anyone you hit with a Nerf Mega Dart, will remember you. Make Enemies and Get An Edge On Them!
Nerf Zombie Strike Hammershot
My Overall Rating: 92 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 5 Nerf Darts
By Far My Favorite Dual Wielding Nerf Gun. The Nerf Zombie Strike Hammershot holds 5 Nerf Darts that prime with the simple drawback of the hammer and pull of the trigger. When you want to be the one to chase down the enemy, dual wielding two Hammershots will be sure to put some fear into them, Giving You The Edge!
Magggggotttt!!!! Regroup, you now know what I recommend if you are going to be in close call Nerf Office Warfare, you should be practicing with your Nerf Gun of choice on up close targets prior to Nerf Combat, but that is entirely up to you… I Recommend It Though!
I am now going to walk you through my favorite mid range combat Nerf Guns that you should be using if you are in an open office for your Nerf War.
In an area that you have room to fire, and maybe even doors to kick down, you need a Nerf Gun that can not only fire up close but from a good distance, not too far but… Mid Range..
Mid Range Nerf Guns
Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200
My Overall Rating: 81 Out Of 100

Accuracy! The Nerf AccuStrike AlphaHawk is part of the AccuStrike Series that is meant for accuracy! When you fire the Nerf AccuStrike AlphaHawk in the office, not only are you going to take a shot, but you are going to take one of the most accurate shots of your Nerf Career, the pressure is on when you are in mid Nerf Combat, adrenaline going through your veins, you can’t miss a shot, especially if you have precision AccuStrike Darts!
Nerf Mega Thunder Bow

I always recommend using The Nerf Mega Thunder Bow from the shadows but when you are in the office, you may have to compromise, unless you want to kill the lights and go into full assassin mode with your Nerf Mega Darts that will scream through the darkness and eliminate any targets you hit! Scaring the ones you don’t! MUUUHAHAHA (Evil Laugh)

When you take the Nerf Modulus ECS-10 and make it even more awesome, you end up with a BadA** Nerf Gun out of the Nerf Modulus Series called The Regulator, where you can regulate the amount of Nerf Darts you fire and how you fire them, or Regulate The situation. Select Fire gives you the option to fire 1 Nerf Dart, 3 Round Bursts, Or Full Auto, Just hold down the trigger! Perfect for Nerf Office Warfare!
Nerf N-Strike Elite Double Breach

Kick Down The Door and blast whatever or whoever is inside, during Nerf Warfare, anything is a target! The Nerf Double Breach is as shotgun as you can go, the pump action and pull of the trigger is all it takes to fire 1 Nerf Mega Dart at any target, Blast Them All! One Pump And Eliminate!
Nerf N-Strike Mega TwinShock
My Overall Rating: 94 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 10 Nerf Mega Darts
This may be a big hard to conceal on the way into the office, but once you get The Nerf Mega TwinShock in the office and others see you with it, you can stand just about anywhere and blow them away! You get 10 Nerf Mega Darts, fire 1 at a time or 2 at a time, you will wreak someone’s day!
Good Job… Maggot! Now that you have seen what I have to show you for close range and midrange Nerf Combat. There are also some offices that may have an area for you to set up “Camp” with a sniper styled Nerf Gun, just sit back and wait to pick off your targets as they come into sight!
Sniper Styled Nerf Guns
Nerf N-Strike Elite Longshot CS-6
My Overall Rating: 88 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 6 Nerf Darts
When you take The Nerf N-Strike Elite Longshot CS-6 and set up “Camp” all the way across the office, you have a pretty good shot of taking your own shots with none being returned to you, if you can stay hidden. The point of using a sniper is to take out targets from a distance and do so for as long as possible. Move when you are detected!
Nerf AccuStrike RaptorStrike
My Overall Rating: 89 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 6 Nerf Darts
Of course you can take Nerf AccuStrike darts and put them in the Nerf Longshot CS-6, but when you take Nerf AccuStrike Darts and put them in a Nerf Gun that is designed to fire Nerf AccuStrike Darts, you end up with the most accurate Nerf Sniper you can get. Once again, set up camp and wait for your coworkers… Enemies to walk into sight!
Nerf N-Strike Elite Centurion
My Overall Rating: 91 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 6 Nerf Mega Darts
Power plus range gets you The Nerf Mega Centurion. This bad boy of a Nerf Gun fires Nerf Mega Darts from a distance. The other Nerf Snipers may have accuracy, but when you add a good amount of accuracy to a lot of power, you end up with this monster Sniper Nerf Gun!
I want to congratulate you so far… Maggot. You’ve seen what I have to offer for traditional Nerf Office Warfare, now I have a few options for those who are just a little bit more… Cra… Willing to get the job done.. Faster.
When you don’t want to mess around, with who is your enemy, who is your friend, who do you trust… You get a Nerf Gun that destroys everything in sight… The Office may not be the same after one of these next few Nerf Guns run through it…
Nerf N-Strike Mega RotoFury
My Overall Rating: 92 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 10 Nerf Mega Darts
The RotoFury is one Nerf Gun that will give you power and still allow you to run around. With The Nerf Mega RotoFury, you pump and fire… Hold the trigger and pump away with SlamFire, this is really unstoppable and very comparable to The Nerf TwinShock, but this is just a bit smaller, easier to use.
Nerf Rival Nemesis MXVII-10K
My Overall Rating: 94 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 100 Nerf High Impact Rounds
No Doubt in my mind, anyone that brings a Nemesis MXVII-10K into the office is going to be remembered for a long time. This monster of a Nerf Gun holds 100 Nerf High Impact Rounds that fire automatic, meaning you hold down the motor trigger and then hold down the firing trigger to nonstop, shoot, 100 Nerf High Impact Rounds, everything will be destroyed…
Nerf N-Strike Mega Mastodon
My Overall Rating: 95 Out Of 100
Ammo Capacity: 24 Nerf Mega Darts
Very similar in destruction to The Nemesis… The Nerf Mega Mastodon holds 24 Nerf Mega Darts that fire further and scream through the air as they fly. Nerf Mega Darts are scary when there are a few coming at you… Imagine 24, one, after, another, raining down on you. The Nerf Mega Mastodon will be sure to destroy the office.
Imagine the destruction if there was a Mastodon, on one side, VS a Nemesis, on the other. The Office would never be the same again!

Hey Manny, you sound like you need a sniper Nerf Gun for your massive showdown! There are 3 sniper Nerf Guns that I can recommend you, there is the Longshot CS-6, The Nerf Mega Centurion, and The Nerf AccuStrike RaptorStrike. You get range from all 3, but The Mega Centurion fires Nerf Mega Darts that scream through the air making for scary impacts and more intimidation if you happen to miss. Also make sure you have lots of ammo for any choice you make!

What a fun way to break a little office tension now and then… an all out Nerf Office War!!!
My son and the neighborhood boys are always having Nerf Wars outside (sometimes inside too lol). I definitely prefer their Nerf Guns over the airsoft and paintball guns which we have as well. They are a LOT less painful and destructive of property.
I may just have to bite the bullet and invest in my own slew of Nerf Guns to hideaway at the office for those moments that we all just need a break and a laugh!

Kids aren’t the only ones who deserve to have fun with Nerf Gun, I say Nerf Gun For All! In the house, out the house, in the office, where ever you want to have an edge on your enemy, outgun them and always have the edge! What a great team-building idea! And you have covered everything I need to know to win that war
we have a large area with one office building and 3 factory buildings. My task is to organise team-building event and I think this one is perfect! What can be better than feeling as a child again, so I think I need to go for sniper Nerf Guns and few mid-ranged Nerf Guns. We are 20 people so 10 on each team, I will get to researching your reviews for the best choices!
Hey Arta, this is awesome, you have a way to bring your whole team together by eliminating them one at a time!
You should low key talk to everyone and get a feeling for their style of Nerf Combat, then you can order them or have them order their own, however you want to work that out is up to you, once they all come in, have a group opening and assemble the teams or have them already selected based off their style, don’t match them up with all one style on one side, mix up the Nerf Arsenals on both side.
This is a great idea for a team building exercise, let me know how it goes!

Awesome post. Hilarious and well written. While I have never participated in an “Office War,” I am a seasoned veteran in living room and backyard warfare. I have to agree with your rating for the Nerf N-Strike Elite Disruptor. I bought two of these for my son and I to play with and we were not disappointed. Hours of fun and entertainment. HA The Disruptor is an awesome Nerf Gun, great for close to mid range which is what I find most offices to be. Living rooms and back yards have their own best options, but I would say the Disruptor is great for just about all Nerf Battle Locations.
